Objective  Retrospective analysis of the clinical curative effect of autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation combined with long balloon angioplasty for treatment of diabetic foot lower extremity vascular disease.  Methods   Select 40 cases of diabetic foot patients ,from July 2008 to August 2013 from endocrine department and vascular surgery of Shandong Provential Hospital ,which accords with the standard,to make retrospective analysis.Patients were randomly divided autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation combined with long balloon angioplasty combined treatment group (combined treatment group)and simple long balloon angioplasty therapy group (control group),all inclueds 20 cases.Compare the foot skin temperature, arterial pulse, ankle brachial index (ABI) and other indicators of 2 groups of patients .The data sample size of the two groups was compared using the two sample t test.Before and after surgery at different time points were compared using analysis of variance,  two sets of data was compared by χ2 test.  Results  (1) The skin temperature, rest pain and other subjective indicators have improved significantly(χ2=4.710~5.855，P<0.05)in the 2 groups after the treatment ,but the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group (P<0.05).(2)The ankle brachial index, walking distance, the skin oxygen partial pressure and other objective indicators are significantly improved(t=2.302~23.643，P<0.05)in the 2 groups after the treatment ,but the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group (P<0.05).(3)In the control group, 7 cases were restenosis or occlusion,The restenosis rate was46.15%（12/26）.In the  treatment group, 4 cases were restenosis or occlusion, the restenosis rate was 16.67%（4/24）.The restenosis rate of the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=4.987，P<0.05). Conclusion Autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation combined with prolate spheroidal balloon angioplasty surgery in the treatment of diabetic lower limb arterial [
]disease patients can significantly improve the clinical symptoms. Reduce the rate of restenosis and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
