Dilutional coagulopathy is a frequent complication in massive bleeding caused mainly by volume replacement with both colloid and crystalloid solutions. 
Creating an hemodilutional model and studying its properties may help us to understand the contribution of  each different factor and cell components to clot stability and clotting time in an in vitro model and how different cell components interact with them.
We tested fresh washed platelets in this in vitro model and how is reflected in ROTEM analysis and a shorttening in CT is observed.
