Background
Evidence-based interventions that target participation in valued activities are needed to improve the long-term quality of life of stroke survivors. Notably these interventions need to be accessible considering the challenges with access many stroke survivors face. Telehealth services offer a solution. Occupational Performance Coaching modified for stroke survivors (OPC-Stroke) is a promising intervention for improving participation in valued activities. OPC-Stroke uses a strengths-based, problem-solving approach with emotional support and individualized education. Stroke survivors are guided to set and pursue personally valued goals thereby, developing knowledge, self-efficacy and problem-solving skills for current and future participation challenges. As a verbal intervention, OPC-Stroke is well suited to telerehabilitation delivery. This study sought to establish the feasibility and acceptability of OPC-Stroke delivered via telerehabilitation (Tele-OPC-Stroke) and build evidence of its efficacy to improve participation.
Methods
A multiple baseline single case experimental design was used. Six community-dwelling participants who were at least three months’ post stroke received Tele-OPC-Stroke. Feasibility and acceptability outcomes of enrollment and attendance rates, number and type of technology issues, and client’s satisfaction will be presented. For primary efficacy evaluation, we will use systematic visual analysis, examining phases for level, slope and variability.
Results 
All participants have completed the intervention. Data collection is complete for three.  Feasibility, acceptability and potential efficacy findings will be presented.
Conclusions
Telerehabilitation services are an option to improve access to services for stroke survivors. Findings will inform the delivery of these services as well as the future testing of Tele-OPC-Stroke to improve participation.
