Combination therapy of ICS and LABA is a frontline treatmentfor asthma and COPD patients.  We willpresent the design and synthesis of a novel linking strategy to deliver an ICSand LABA from a single chemical entity that is unmasked to the individualcomponents by a metabolic process.  Datawill be presented illustrating improved PK and safety in animal models over theindividual components.
