Multi-phase ceramic materials have been developed for the immobilization of wastes projected to result from reprocessing of commercial nuclear fuel in the U.S.  Targeted phases included Hollandite and Powellite.  Elemental partitioning of the waste components in the various phases was determined via SEM/EDS.  Chemical durability of the waste forms was determined using the Product Consistency Test.  The resulting data have been used to further refine the compositions of the waste forms for improved performance.
