Single crystals of LnMnxGa3 (Ln = Ho-Tm; x ~ 0.13-0.20) were grown with the self-flux method and form cubes up to a couple millimeters in length. Single crystal X-ray diffraction shows LnMnxGa3 compounds crystallize in the AuCu3 structure type, with Mn partially occupying the octahedral hole in the center of the unit cell. Growth parameters for synthesis, crystal structure, and results from magnetic and transport measurements are presented.
