Homochiral boronic esters prepared via Rh-catalyzed hydroboration reactions and others can be employed in the Suzuki-Miyaura Reaction leading to important chiral substructures that are difficult to make by other routes. A variety of substrates that are effective in this reaction will be described along with intriguing chemoselectivity.
