Catalytic cracking reactions of saturate and aromatic components separated from VGO distillates were performed on ACE unit. Cracking performances of saturates and aromatics obtained from same VGO (different distillates) and various VGO (similar distillation range) were comparatively studied. The relationships between cracking performances and hydrocarbon compositions were discussed. Furthermore, product yields of integrated distillates were compared with linearly calculated results based on the performances of separated saturate and aromatic components to evaluate the effects of interactions between different hydrocarbons.
