In this paper, we discuss the catalytic performance of very small Pt nanoparticles in the non-oxidative dehydrogenation (DH) of cyclohexane and the catalytic propensities of size-selected  subnanometer cobalt clusters as the function of their size in the non-oxidative (DH) and oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) of cyclohexane.
