In this paper, a series of Beta-MCFs composites with different pore sizes was synthesized by simply tuning the mass ratios of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene to P123 (0.4, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2) and applied to catalyze hydrodesulfurization of DBT. The different pore size distributions with the mass ratio TMB/P123=0.5, 1 and 2 are shown in ,   and the HDS results of different catalysts were listed in .   When the mass ratio of TMB to P123 was to 2, the HDS efficiency of NiMo/Beta-MCFs catalyst (99.1%) show a very perfect activity than any other catalysts, indicating it a kind of promising catalyst support for deep HDS of heavy feedstocks.
