Ongoing research on cyber Peer-Led Team learning (cPLTL) is producing valuable comparisons of student behaviors and facilitation styles of peer leaders in online and face-to-face environments. This paper will discuss how these finding can inform better construction of workshop problems for both environments as well as design of peer leader and student training. How these results can impact faculty practice will also be discussed.
