Along with high titer, product quality is a major consideration for the development of commercial cell culture production processes.  A fundamental challenge in industry lies with determining the optimal balance of high production that can be achieved with acceptable product quality.  To reach this goal, defining the cell culture process conditions which influence product quality is especially important.  In this study, the effects of temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), and pH on levels of aggregate, monomer, fragments, charge variants, and glycosylation patterns of antibodies produced by a recombinant NS0 cell line have been examined.  The findings provide useful information for controlling process conditions that can alter product quality.<br/>
