The NeptunePlus is a multi-collector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (MC-ICP-MS) with a detector array specifically designed for uranium isotope analysis. The detector array can accommodate low concentration samples (&lt; 10 parts-per-trillion) with all uranium isotopes detected with ion counters, to highly concentrated and enriched samples (&gt; 1 part-per-billion) with U-238 and U-235 detected with faraday cups. Most samples are able to be analyzed with U-238 detected with a faraday cup and all other uranium isotopes detected with ion counters. In the optimal configuration, the sensitivity for U can be as high as ~1250 V/ppm and the relative standard deviation for U-235/U-238 ratios for natural 20ppt solutions can be &lt; 0.1%. Here, we will present results for U isotope analyses on the NeptunePlus MC-ICP-MS and show the trends of increasing enrichment and concentration, as well as the effects of sample introduction. Although the detector array of the NeptunePlus is optimized for uranium, it retains the capability for high-precision ratio analysis of nearly any element. Other isotope ratio data will be presented, including that for Pb and Sr.
