The binary interactions (SθH,La, SθH,Pr, SθH,Nd, and SθH,Sm) and the ternary interactions (ΨH,La,Cl, ΨH,Pr,Cl, ΨH,Nd,Cl and ΨH,Sm,Cl) have been determined from results obtained in our laboratory. These results for all systems are compared with or without higher order electrostatic effects. It was found that Sθ values and Ψ values are different, as expected from Pitzer formalism in the lanthanide series from La to Sm. These values will be interpreted in terms of the calculation of the mean molal activity coefficient γ±, of the component, (HCl) in mixtures of electrolyte solutions. The differences in γ± values from La to Sm will be discussed in terms of the comprehensive treatment of Pitzer Theory.
