Extended Huckel Theory is one of the great strides that theoretical chemistry has discovered and used. Roald has been the leader, and his insights and understandings have been spectacular. This talk will focus on some examples of structure/function behavior in extended molecular structures. I will examine them from both the energetic and the time-dependent viewpoints. Finally, we will discuss what may happen in the future.
