Different types of analyses using Mass Spectrometry can be applied to the analysis of different stages of chemical reactions and consequently to the analysis of different stages of the solution of Fokker-Plank Stochastic Differential Equation applied by Kramers to the rate of chemical reactions based on concepts of equillibrium, escape of a particle through potential brrier, and other assumptions.
