Bacteria and proteins trends to accumulate on the surface, and this brings a lot of troubles to the people. For example, bacteria's accumulation on ships and pipelines could accelterate the settlement of fouling organisms, and proteins' accumlation on contact eyeglasses could be seriously harmful to human health. In this report, we used ATR-FTIR approach to study bacteria and proteins attachment progress on the surfaces, and demonstrated the bio-reactions between bacteria/proteins and the surface under room temperature. Ionic strength, different metal ions, and other parameters would be also considered.
