Honeycomb ceramic supported three-dimensionally ordered macroporous (3DOM) alumina via PMMA colloidal crystal template method. The monolithic catalyst， La0.9Ce0.1Co0.8Fe0.2/ 3DOM Al2O3/HC， was prepared by impregnating the perovskite precursor solution. The catalyst was treated with 1 mol/L nitric acid for 10 min, recorded as LCCF (1-1). All sample display an easily recognizable 3DOM structure. However, part of the 3DOM alumina carrier present coralliform slightly. While, LaCCF (1-2) and LaCCF (3-1) showed a more pronounced state. EDS line sweep spectrum shows acid treatment reduces the content of each element on the framework. Raman spectra demonstrate that the active components form the well-defined LaCo0.8Fe0.2O3 perovskite, and part of La was substituted by Ce to make the catalyst appears peaks at 400-700 and 1000-1100 cm-1. Some Ce-O species were dissolved after acid treatment. In-situ Raman shows the vibration peak of LaCo0.8Fe0.2Ox species in LCCF and LCCF(1-1) increased first and then weakened with the rising of temperature. By prolonging the treatment time or increasing concentration, the peaks of LCCF(1-2) and LCCF(3-1) no longer change with temperature. Prolonging time or increasing the concentration would lead to active components remove. Therefore, the initiating temperature (T10) and the highest catalytic activity for soot combustion temperature (T50) over LCCF(1-1) are shifted from 248 °C (402 °C) to the high temperature
