Janusarene might be the next-generation supmamolecular host, because of its huge potential of constructing versatile cavities (by modified c,p,f strategy), easy accessibility, intrinsic fascination of its chemical diversity of cavity, waist and gaps as potential recognition sites to realize multiple functions, topological expansion of “Janus Universe” and potential applications. The current known archetype of Janusarene was a homoditopic host. Hereby we present diverse molecular spaces of our novel heteroditopic and multitopic hosts via facile synthesis as well as host-guest chemistry. The exceptional ability to construct equatorial coordinate sites and lone pair…π interaction of Janusarene may be used for uranyl ion extraction with dual meaning for energy resource and environmental remediation.<br/>
