Maker education is an ICT-based making-oriented educational approach. Maker education has being researched as a new educational approach for the next generation since it combines constructivist education theory with the maker movement. Indeed, many countries such as the USA, Australia, and Japan are introducing maker education into public education that allows students to learn by making.<br/>For applying maker education to chemistry education, we developed Arduino−chemistry activities that combined digital tools, such as a microcontroller and code, into chemistry activities.
