The Radford University Chemistry, Physics, and Biology Departments have been implementing inclusive pedagogy into the curriculum with support from a five-year Howard Hughes Inclusive Excellence grant - REALISE - REALising Inclusive Science Excellence.  Faculty in the three departments participate in professional development opportunities focused on diversity, microaggressions, effective team building, project based learning and backwards course design. The chemistry faculty have collaboratively reformed the first-year general chemistry laboratory sequence and have made many changes in organic chemistry.  Postdoctoral scholars in each department support the program by providing reassigned time for full-time faculty as well as leading different areas of the program.  The various aspects of the REALISE program (faculty development, curricular reform, peer role model program, assessment) will be presented as well as details of changes made within the chemistry curriculum.
