Several novel hydroxylamines were synthesized via reaction between notrixides and reducing agents. The reducing agents include vitamine C, hydrazine, isopropanol, ethanol and methanol. The nitroxides were synthesized in multistep procedures. The hydroxylamines were tested in eye drops, chlorine removal in water and other applications.
