The Born-Oppenheimer-Huang (BOH) approach yields two magnitudes which may affect the motion of the quasi-ions, in configuration space, namely the Potential Energy Surfaces (PESs) and the Non-Adiabatic Coupling Terms (NACTs). The PES which has its origin in the electrostatic interaction is relatively weak and may affect the motion of the slow moving (within few eV-range) quasi-ions. The NACTs which become, in certain situations, singular and therefore, are much more effective capable of slowing down the motion of the highly moving protons and electrons and in particular, the fast moving quasi-ions when the various particles possess astronomical velocities. These possibilities are enhanced once three or more quasi-ions come in a close proximity. In such a case, the singularity of the NACT is turned on and prevents the quasi-ions from going apart. The quasi-ions are expected to lose their excessive energy so that the electrostatic attractive forces may take over. Thus, for instance in case of H3+, the NACT keeps the three quasi-protons together long enough until their velocities are sufficiently low to enable the electrostatic forces to create the H3+ molecule [1-3]. Also we intend to show that the HeH2+, [4-5] just like the H3+ molecular ion, is likely to be formed in the perspective of early universe condition.
