Periodic Mesoporous Organosilicas (PMOs) like micro porous zeolitic materials contain organic groups as an integral part of their framework structure. Organic and inorganic oxide moieties are distributed homogeneously at the molecular level in the framework, covalently bonded network and importantly quite different from the conventional organic-functionalized mesoporous materials. It is considered to be a new class of materials with definite shape depends on template which have large specific surface areas and long range order uniform pore sizes between 2 and 15 nm. Crystal like well order morphology has been obtained through the coupling of inorganic and organic components by template synthesis. It has potential catalytic versatile application for separation membrane, drag delivery and other extensive applications of photo- catalysis and solar cells. From the literature point of view scientist believed that synthesis of crystal like PMOs is one of the most challenging issues. We successfully overcome this challenging limitation by changing the template containing counter anions and results come to synthesis of Sogang mesoporous Silica(SMS)-1 & 2. Our as synthesize periodic mesoporous organosilicas (SMS) are crystal-like, well-define external morphology, containing long range uniform order of honey comb like mesopores with high surface areas and organic groups are as an integral part of the frame work structure. These synthesized PMO of SMS were characterized by using high resolution Transmission electron microscope (HR- TEM), Scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), Focused ion beam (FIB), TEM-EDX, Solid state NMR, Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), BET Surface area and BJH pore volume and also pore diameter.
