The socialization of modern children takes place in an active information and technological space. Recently, the current topic of research is the problem of robotization of society, and robotics attracts the younger generation no less than computer games and all sorts of modern gadgets. We conducted an empirical study, the purpose of which was to study the attitude to robots in modern children 6-7 (n=100). We was used the author's questionnaire "Attitude to robots" (author: Grebennikova O. V.). The results showed that the majority of older preschoolers (65%) prefer robots for their leading activity – gaming. The emotional attitude to robots in older preschoolers 6-7 years old has a positive connotation: so most people like them and would like to have robots at home. The repertoire of describing the appearance of robots is wider among younger schoolchildren, who, in addition to the similarity with the appearance of a person, an animal, state the similarity with a computer, a terminator, and a real robot. Older preschoolers 6-7 years old in most cases choose a game function and consider the robot as a toy. Modern senior preschoolers of 6-7 years have a pronounced desire to see a robot as a communication partner.
