High-performance and multifunctional composites are an important class of material with wide-ranging applications. The synthesis of these versatile materials, however, can be challenging and requires consideration of key design parameters to achieve multifunctionality and practicality. This talk explores the synthesis of repairable, conductive, and/or mechanically reinforced composites using polymeric dynamic-covalent matrices and inorganic low-dimensional fillers that are scalable or economically deployed.
