The average age of population is increasing with enhanced expectation from the restorative dentists. With increased expectations by the patients, Oral rehabilitation of edentulous jaw becomes a challenge, especially if we want to place a fixed dental prosthesis and that also in immediate function.  With our greater knowledge of implants, and the need by our patients for immediate function, immediately loaded implants have proved to provide the same success as delayed loaded implants. 
The greatest challenge in immediate loading is passive fitting of the prosthesis , long term durability of the prosthesis, reconstruction and delivery of the prosthesis on the day or maximum within two days of surgery. All these challenges were met with welding all the implants intraoral and constructing the prosthesis with resin and delivering the prosthesis on the day of surgery. This helps us to develop a passive super structure and a titanium reinforced resin prosthesis which has proved to be fairly durable and which can be easily repaired. With intra oral welding we can provide immediate loaded  predictable prosthesis  on the day of surgery
