Efficacy of training with Omniscienzs™ CPR feedback device in secondary school students

Introduction 
Most of the studies show that bystanders are key factor for out of hospital cardiac arrest survival. Training population would increase the number of bystanders so young people are critical for educational purposes. It could be a long-term strategy to protect populations. 
Objectives 
It is to assess the knowledge in CPR and the efficacy for training of our wearable CPR feedback device in a reduced sample of young adolescents. 
Material and Methods 
We included 10 random secondary school students from 3 different schools where they received previous training in Madrid, Spain. 5 men and 5 female, age 13.8+- 0.79) Equipped with our wearable device to perform CPR in a manikin equipped  with a potenciometer to measure real chest depth and compression rate.  We compare the result of those massages with and without feedback while we measure all data with our wearable device to assess the accuracy with our math model. 
Results 
9/10 improved the overall performance and 7/10 achieved the current recommendations. Results were significative 42.91 mm+-7.61 mm vs 50.20+-6.87 mm (p<0.011) for depth and 94.37+- 18.17 bpm vs 109.85 bpm+-6.75 bpm (p<0.68). The accuracy showed RSME of 3.25 mm, a Pearson Correlation Coef. Of 0.94 (p<0.0001). 
Conclusions 
Omniscienzs device improve the  performance in sechondary school students.
