How did I achieve full recovery after a stroke, and after being told by my doctors I would not walk or see again, you wonder?
DETERMINATION, FAITH and BELIEF... 

DETERMINATION to keep my thoughts, my feelings and my actions congruent with what I wanted: heal and be in perfect health.
FAITH in a Universal Force/Energy that is infinite and accessible to all.
BELIEF that my inner power was, and will always be, strong enough for me to achieve everything I want, whatever it is, even self-healing. 
My doctors totally underestimated the power of SELF-HEALING, DETERMINATION, FAITH AND BELIEF. Don't make the same mistake; help your patients/clients/employees know how important their part is in their well-being and healing.
The POWER TO CHOOSE gives empowerment; this empowerment is the foundation of personal transformation, self-healing and happiness. The Power to Choose is also the foundation of my C.H.A.N.G.E. Pyramid ModelTM.
The C.H.A.N.G.E. Pyramid Model is based on my own Self-Healing experience. The 12 tools inside the model are the steps I took to recover fully and BE who I wanted to be.
