IIntroduction: Sexuality is a poorly addressed domain in stroke rehabilitation despite about half of individuals who have had a stroke will experiment sexual challenges. One of the main barriers in addressing sexuality in rehabilitation for clinicians is their perceived lack of knowledge. A systematic review about evidence-based practice in sexuality after a stroke could encourage and support clinicians in addressing sexuality with their post-stroke patients in rehabilitation. 
Objective:  Review the literature addressing assessments and interventions related to sexuality after a stroke.
Methods: a systematic review is being conducted using these databases : Medline, Psycinfo, Embase and Cinahl and with the following keywords : stroke, therapy, therapist, assessment, evaluation, sexuality, sex and intimacy. Inclusion criteria: stroke, sexuality ; every study published before January 1st 2018. The systematic review involves a specialized librarian and the analyses will be conducted by two coders. Studies meeting the inclusion criteria will be categorized with validated scales related to their design. 
Results: 2021 articles have been identified for the review. The screening by title and abstract has resulted in 201 articles matching the inclusion criteria after negotiations between the coders (94% concordance between coders after their first screening). These articles’ eligibility will be addressed by reading the full texts. 
Practice implications: Rehabilitation clinicians will have an easier access to evidence-based knowledge and tools to integrate sexuality in their follow-ups. Gaps in the literature will also be outlined. This could orient future research targeting new assessments and interventions for rehabilitation clinicians addressing sexuality with post-stroke patients.
