My Stroke Guide is an innovative digital tool, enabling those affected by stroke to take control of their recovery at the time that is right for them. It empowers and enables people to understand their condition and provides valuable peer support  to those who are isolated.  
My Stroke Guide offers online access to trusted advice, information and support, It also contains social pages providing an online community with moderated platform, all available 24/7. It has been designed together with people affected by stroke, and has in-built accessibility features, with written, pictorial and video formats. 
The Stroke Association will continue to develop the site, alongside evolving technology and evidence of the need of those affected by stroke.
