Objective	To describe the quality of published pharmacogenetic associations in randomized trials and assess the need for complementary specific reporting guidelines.
Abstract Text	We focused our research on Randomized, Controlled, Pharmacogenetics Clinical Studies, reporting a clinical phenotype outcome in Human. We used PubMed as database over the last three years. References were screened based on Title/Abstract, then on the full text.
Results	From October 2015 to October 2018, 330 publications were found through the research equation on PubMed, covering several medical areas. 289 of them were screened after removing duplicates. We respectively excluded 203 and 86 articles by the sorting on title/Abstract and on full text according to our PICOT criteria. 41 publications are currently being analysed in this Systematic Review. Extracted data include: analysis of the study design, genotyping methods, statistical results, presence or absence of a spin of conclusion, and several items of the STrengthening the REporting of Genetic Association studies (STREGA) guidelines.
Conclusion	These last few years, research in personalized medicine increases as the cost of genotyping decreases. Hence, the following of reporting guidelines may enhance the quality and the harmonization of published studies. Our Scientific Review will enable to determine the reliability of published pharmacogenetic associations in trials and thus to establish an overview of the transparency, the completeness and the homogeneity of the publications. The final results will be available by this end of the year.
