Gerstmann’s syndrome is a tetrad of symptoms complex; including agraphia, acalculia, finger agnosia, and right-left disorientation. In the case studies presented in the literature, it has been reported that Gerstmann’s Syndrome usually appears as an incomplete tetrad of symptoms or accompanied by cognitive deficits including aphasia, alexia, apraxia and some perceptual disorders. Here, we present the patient with left angular, supramarginal gyrus infarction affecting the parietal lobe.
