The final purpose of this study is to reduce the gap in the imbalance of opportunity cost between providers and patients of psychotherapy services with the goal of enhancing access to appropriate service providers and to popularize mental-health services. by using mobile application in treatment process. In this study, we present an overview of current environment of mobile application psychological services, impact of future study by collect opinions of mental health experts. Assuming the above, new treatment system which use mobile application by expert would have good strength along with fourth industrial evolution.
