INTRODUCTION. Philosophy is science of science (Immanuel KANT), but psychiatry is “special super-science” considering normal and pathological psychophysiological phenomena, also scientific basis of supranormal parapsychological and theological ones.
CONCEPTION.
A. On PHILOSOPHY-ANTHROPOLOGY. The fundamental scientific question “what is the human?” (I.Kant) is related to physiological and pragmatic anthropology reflected in an integral anthropology (IA) for the future. Implication of IA and scientific-theory, ethics, aesthetics conc. human being ontologically in context of to ti en einai/Aristoteles, agaton/Platon, reason/Kant (Vernunft, Verstand, Urteilskraft) are to be discussed for future psychiatry. 
B. On THEOLOGY and PSYCHOLOGY-PSYCHIATRY. Modern occidental philosophy, psychology, psychiatry consider spiritual phenomena, parapsychological, theological on level of normal and sub-consciousness (e.g. S.Freud, C.G.Jung,etc.), but oriental philosophy and psychology consider essentially super-consciousness - samadhi, nirvana, satori, etc. (Sri Aurobindo, Brian Josephson*, Dalai Lama*, Sri Yogendra, others) in context of future synthetic philosophy and psychology. Prominent scientists reported on similar phenomena acc. to Carrel*, Neuhäusler, Pauli*, Rhinne, Richet*, Vassilev/*Nobel Laureate in concordance with electrophysiological experiments with Yogis, Buddhist-monks acc.to Anand, Chinna, Kasamatsu, Hirai, Ornstein. On this way psychiatry could play a leading role in philosophical, theological, medical, psychological education and research considering spiritual phenomena.
CONCLUSION. Application of theoretical&practical models for an integral anthropology and scientific fundamentals for parapsychology and theology reflected by psychiatry could support total health education (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical) as well as socio-psychosomatic therapy supporting UNO-Agenda21 for better health, ecology,etc. in all countries.
