Purpose: 
Duplicated Pituitary Gland (DPG) is a rare developmental anomaly, with characteristic imaging findings and a unique complex spectrum of associated developmental defects. 
Present two cases of DPG and a review of the literature.
Describe the clinical presentations and imaging findings for DPG and the spectrum of its associated developmental defects.
Methods:
Institutional review of 2 cases of DPG.
Review of current literature to identify the epidemiology, pathophysiology, and spectrum of developmental defects associated with DPG.
Discussion:
DPG is a rare developmental anomaly due to a blastogenesis defect from proposed notochord splitting. 
It is usually identified incidentally due to evaluation of associated anomalies and/or later to anosmia or delayed/precocious puberty.
Conclusion:
DPG is a rare developmental anomaly, with characteristic imaging findings and a unique complex spectrum of associated developmental defects. 
It is important to be aware of DPG and its spectrum of associated defects, which will aid in actively evaluating for other associated brain and craniofacial anomalies.
