Based on successful liquid-liquid extraction using the forces of surface tension in microgravity, Space Tango is continuing to develop systems for other critical steps involved in chemical synthesis on orbit. These include flight hardware supporting thermal chemistry, photochemistry, peptide-coupling and multicomponent reactions on-orbit. While safety is a concern related to batch process chemistry reactions performed on Earth, it is a paramount concern for the International Space Station (ISS) given the significance of fire danger, volatile release accidents, and explosive hazards in an environment with limited venting and egress options for crew. Small sample volumes with short residence times in microreactor flow chemistry facilitate further study of reaction kinetics and microfluidics in LEO onboard the International Space Station (ISS) and provides an opportunity for new capability development on ISS. This foundational work stands to provide both fundamental information about chemistry in space, as well as potentially novel approaches for producing novel molecules and compounds for Earth and Space benefit. From this initial work on ISS, a better understanding of reaction chemistry in microgravity, along with development of automated, self-contained platforms required to support this work will also be useful on long duration missions supporting exploration and potential habitation on other planets like the Moon and Mars. Flow chemistry stands to be an important process for extraction and where efficient use of limited starting resources for generating fuel, creating medicines, and capturing and converting gases like CO<sub>2</sub> will be critical to creating a sustained environment. Space Tango is leading in the end-to-end development of flow chemistry capabilities on-orbit and believes that novel approaches like this provide opportunities for breakthroughs that will occur off the planet that have significant benefit to life on Earth and will support our future journeys beyond low Earth Orbit<br/>
