In this study the physical and chemical stability of the nanocomposites was evaluated over time at ambient and elevated temperatures. The nanocomposites were prepared at different quantities of the TiO<sub>2</sub>, that is, 1%, 2% and 5%, to investigate the effect of incorporation of nanomaterials and their quantities thereof. Elevated temperature accelerates the stability of the resin and shorten it shelf life. To measure or evaluate the effect of elevated temperature, laboratory ovens were used. This is due to the activated polymerization of the styrene/polyester moieties. This behaviour can also be observed on the resin composites over a period of time at ambient or controlled temperature. In addition to this physical test, viscosities of liquid resin nanocomposites were measured using RVT Brookfield viscometer, and viscosities of nanocomposites filled with Calcium Carbonates.
