The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of lipid composition on formulation ability (methods and outcomes), physicochemical properties (size, polydispersity, homogeneity), stability and dynamics, drug loading, and on interaction with amphiphilic proteins in a series of phospholipid-based liposomes generated from saturated glycerophospholipids DMPC and DSPC.
