Organic Chemistry is considered historically difficult as well as being a gateway course for biology, pre-health professions, and chemistry students. Supplemental Instruction (SI) has been shown to be effective support in a variety of STEM courses including organic chemistry. The success of SI in large universities with high DWF rates is measured by correlating SI attendance with decreases in DWF rates and increases in course grades. However, at a residential liberal arts university with historically low DWF rates in organic chemistry measuring effectiveness of SI needs to be more nuanced. Whitworth University has used a variety of performance indicators to measure the success of SI within organic chemistry including utilization rates and student attitudes as well as measuring correlations between of SI attendance with course grade, retention in between semesters one and two of organic chemistry, and performance on the ACS full year organic exam. Beyond the students in the organic chemistry courses we have explored the benefits to student SI leaders through anecdotal and survey data.<br/>
