Modern drug discovery generates and consumes large amounts of information through every stage of the process. At design time, medicinal chemists can choose from a vast and increasing array of computer models for everything from 3D pose and activity prediction to AI models for properties and retrosynthetic analysis. During synthesis, the use of in-house and contract chemists makes the need for up to date information vital to efficiently and effectively progress compounds into biological testing. The challenge has become one of information presentation and coordination.<br/><br/>We present Torx, a web based platform to coordinate and integrate information in the discovery of small molecule therapeutics. Torx has dedicated applications for each stage of the DMTA cycle that are presented and integrated using web technologies. Critical to Torx is the presentation and coordination of information to enable users to make the best possible decisions at each stage
