The presence of endocrine disrupting in water, which are estrogenic, are known to cause feminization of fish and amphibians. This process adversely affects the ecosystem as the hormonal imbalance in theses that makes unable to reproduce and reduces the population which adversely affects ecosystems globally. The current methods of detecting the presence of endocrine disruptors are inefficient as the gold standard Yeast Estrogen Assay (YES) takes 4 days. We have developed a computation model for a new sensor which is even faster in detection as it is predicted to take less than 2 hours. The sensor is in vitro and when the estrogen enters, it creates a conformational change that reconstitutes T7 RNAP and causes it to transcribe and translate the 32 base pairs of the fluorogenic aptamer mango-III. The G-Quadruplex structure of the mango aptamer allows it to fold around the TO1-biotin dye and constrain it which causes it to emit its energy in the form of a fluorescent signal with a 535nm wavelength. The sensor will be more sensitive relative to prior iterations of the estrogenic biosensors. The experimental data will be used to validate the predictions from the model and adjust it as necessary. There is vast potential for this sensor which can quickly create sensitive measurements of estrogenic compounds present in water.<br/> <br/>
