Aminopyridines, such as picolylamine molecules, are used in a multitude of areas, including pharmaceutical applications and natural mechanisms within the body. Biochemically, structure and orientation are extremely important. Different structural isomers will have different effects within the body. Therefore, studying how substitution impacts the structure and electron density of various picolylamines will allow for a better understanding of the bioreactivity of this group of molecules. The rotationally resolved Fourier transform microwave spectra of 2-picolylamine was collected from 6-18 GHz along with its <sup>13</sup>C and <sup>15</sup>N isotopologues in natural abundance. From these spectra, the three-dimensional structure of the lowest energy conformation was determined. Comparisons with benzylamine and pyridine reveal how substitution can result in differing molecular geometries and electron distributions
