Introduction and Background: Schedules and highly toxic chemicals are one of the most substances categories which cause the incidents in Industries and have the negatives impacts. The are a big menace for human health, environment and economy. Several years, many incidents were involved in different chemical industries in the world. In 50 years, more than 123 incidents was involved in different industries: industries of defense, energy, food, manufacturing mining and others industries and more than 260,000 people died in these incidents). The situation of these schedules and highly toxic chemicals became a big issue and preoccupation in the world. That is reason different stakeholders in the world try to put efforts together to look for strategies to set out this problem and the most strategy for eradicate the incidents in industries is the use of Green Chemistry to replace scheduled and highly toxic chemicals. Objective: The main objective of the research was to assess and show to the public the needs/ concerns and opportunities for use of green chemistry in industry to replace the scheduled and highly toxic chemicals. Methodology: The research was carrying out in Netherlands, United Kingdom and in Brazil. The methodology used was to assess some chemicals reactions which can eliminate the scheduled and highly toxic chemicals in industry production process in order to reduce chemical incidents. Results: some reactions was assessed and find that can their application can reduce the incidents and insure the safety and security system: some reactions for elimination of Hydrogen Cyanide which is chemical weapons (H-C≡N) by synthesis of metacrylic acid (CH2=C(CH3)CO2CH3) in industry production process. Some reactions for elimination of Phosgene CH3-NH2 (Chemical weapons) by syntesis of polyurethane, by synthesis of polycarbonate, by synthesis of Synthesis of toluendiisocianate, Reductive carbonylation, Oxidative carbonylation, Carbonylation with dimethylcarbonate. Conclusion: to turn war into green chemistry we need to find alternatives to toxic chemicals used in industry production process and some alternatives are ready to be used from different researchs. the work we recommends all industries in the world to change the mentalities and use results of research already done in green chemistry and to continuous to carry out research in green chemistry in objective to set out this problem definitively.
