The catalytic regioselectivity of Cobalt-Phosphine catalyst were tested <i>in situ</i> in the hydroformylation of vinyl acetate. The phosphine ligands were screened from monophosphine，biphosphine to triphosphine types. Biphosphines include biphosphines with metal-center kind gave better regioselectivity for <i>n</i>-product.
