Methods to automate the synthesis of strings of oligosaccharides make the production of glycans more readily reproducible. This talk will discuss efforts to integrate these automated protocols into FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable) data workflows from the flow-based synthesis of carbohydrate building blocks to the reporting of synthetic methods and analytical data.
