Acquisitions and Scholarly Communications librarians have long pursued educating librarians, staff, and teaching faculty on the realities and persistent myths with eBooks and streaming video, but the intended audience was not always ready to receive the information. With the unprecedented move to all online courses in Spring and Summer, the number of teaching faculty using online resources skyrocketed, along with the number of queries related to accessing materials, copyright, and licensing. This became the perfect opportunity to create a seminar on eBook and streaming video licensing, with one geared toward librarians and staff and one geared toward teaching faculty. Those seminars were a pilot, and led to plans to expand the content and offer another round in Fall semester. In addition to breaking down frequently asked questions we receive, these sessions also gave us insight into other librariansâ€™ line of thought and assumptions.
 
 The seminars covered a lot of ground, including:
 - FAQs addressed
 - Longstanding confusion corrected
 - How to identify temporary resources
 - When teaching faculty need to reach out to librarians
 - Identifying resources that can easily assigned in online environments
 
 Attendees at this conference session will learn everything they need to create their own sessions at their institutions.
