The incidence of dengue has grown dramatically around the world in recent decades. A vast majority of cases are asymptomatic or mild and self-managed, and hence the
actual numbers of dengue cases are under-reported. Many cases are also misdiagnosed as other febrile illnesses. Recent studies have shown the importance of viral capsid protein in
viral life cycle of dengue virus. In this project protein modeling and docking were made with previous studied PPBIs and ST148 inhibitor, showing similarities in two different binding
cavities found and the best conformations in order to approach to the inhibition of viral replication.
