The products of propene and d2-propene + OH combustion were studied using a multiplexed time of flight mass spectrometer, coupled with the tunable vacuum ultraviolet radiation of the Advanced Light Source (ALS) of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. The tunable multiplexed radiation of the apparatus provides a good resolution of mass and energy, allowing for the analysis of isomeric compounds through differences in ionizing energy and photoionization curves. Results for H-abstraction will be presented along with decomposition and interesting side reactions.
