Many people are unable to achieve vital nutrition levels due to genetic abnormalities or health issues, and oral administration of vitamins often disallows sufficient absorption.  Liposomal nano-technology has emerged as a promising remedy to low nutritional bioavailability. Liposomes and similar structures are used in nature to deliver life-sustaining nutrition via mother's milk, and are currently used by pharmaceutical companies for intravenous drug delivery.  Here, orally consumed liposomes, made of natural phosphatidylcholine, are utilized to deliver vitamins and anti-oxidants; after which time, the liposomes are used by the body as nutrition.  We previously presented the correlation between properly structured liposomal glutathione/vitamin c and improved bioavailability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and enhanced organ functions.  In this presentation, the effects of liposomal vitamin c are explored through monitoring inflammatory markers and other general health indicators.  Furthermore, a clinical demonstration of liposomal glutathione's ability to substantially reduce blood mercury levels is presented.
